We’re looking forward to training with you. Please try to arrive a few minutes early so you can fill out the waiver and get signed into your class.
Don't worry, we have loaner gear if you don't have any, but you are welcome to bring your own gloves. Bring your own water and something comfortable to wear.
You can wear boxing or wrestling shoes but please, no street shoes. Bare Foot will be best.
If something comes up and you need to cancel or reschedule, no worries — you can do that through your account anytime.
